Audio doesnt work on new iPad.

Unfortunately, this topic has little awareness. Most people have no idea, while some people who can change things care too much about money. Too few influential people care about these things. I am glad this app is here though. It helps. The hardest part is convincing people this is their problem and they need to care. Good Luck

Love the book. Ive known about most of the stuff that Gore talks about, but the examples and detailed analysis are really well done. Im very passionate about solving global climate change and Gores plan is one that should be followed. Everyone will have their different opinions on what works best, but this is a great direction to move towards. Everyone should read this book.

At first I was going to give this a 1 star because the audio wasnt working on my new Pad 3. Now the audio is working fine and I dont know if it was me or there was a recent update but whatever it was, so far I love this app.

Audio does not work on iPad (I have the second iPad model).

I worked fine on my iPad when I first got it but soon after the audio stopped working. The information is great but the interactive part of the book is disappointing as a result of the audio problems. Fix the problem and you will get a better rating from me.

Very informative. Very easy to use. Works perfectly on both my iPad and my iPhone. Something everyone should read. I just wish there was a way to share this with all my Facebook friends. If there is....I hope someone can tell me how to do it because this app really needs to be shared!

This is a fantastic collection of information about Global Warming and its consequences for all life on Earth, and a wonderful summary of actions we can take, big or small, to do what we can to reverse this alarming state of the climate. This is a must read for those curious, and those in the know looking for more information.

The level of interactivity and the sheer amount of information packed into this book is really something else, but as others have pointed out, please fix the sound! Nonetheless, a five-star effort and a five-star product.

This is a wonderfully active, engaging book that encourages education on what is happening in our world and provides its readers with many options for involvement. Involvement at all levels of society and in every part of our world. With many dooms day scenarios and statistics floating around or bombarding individuals on a daily or yearly basis, this book provides a fresh look at the crises we face, positive action being taken, as well as opportunities for each one of us to be active in our decisions and everyday lives, including involvement in the political arena. This is a great resource for teachers to incorporate into their classrooms and for scholars. However, to say that this book is only fit for those in academia undermines the power and message of this book. It is for everyone and should be passed on.

The first reading experience Ive come across that is true to the medium. This is the kind of book the iPad was designed to bring into existence.

This is a very well done app with lots of useful and interesting information. Plus, 100% of the money from the purchase of this app goes to a good cause. Its pretty crazy some of the other reviews you read here. I cant believe there still people out there arguing that global warming doesnt exist. Probably, these are the same people who dont believe in evolution. Global warming does exist and its happening now! We all must take action before its too late!

Great presentation and content with an approachable price point. However, Id much rather prefer a larger file size allowing for all media content to be made available offline.

This book is very well done. I like the print edition as well, but the digital version is outstanding.

I disagree with the person below me, this book really opens your eyes to whats happening and how it all works. It gives you a large view of the main reasons this is happening, then describes each piece, and then even the small issues and shows even what you can do to help. Yes this book does blame some people and talk about the terrible things about them but really a lot of that is just the hard truth, its not your horrendous fault for not getting a better car or light bulb thats true, but it is the fault of some people like the ones who destroy forests illegally or the ones who create houses cheaply and in efficiently.

I wish Mr.Gore would make a follow up to an inconvenient truth.

Sad this only has 19 reviews atm. I believe this should begin as free app of the week for visibility... And additional reviews. Next for Black Friday and cyber Monday also make free. This will provide lots of free advertisement... Then make this app free for good.
